The NDEM3 (NOVA Device Electronic Module 3 axis) is a device for the piezo positioniers without build in electronics as MS30, MS38 or MX25/35 stages.

  • The voltage for the piezos can be changed in gradations
  • The device can move three piezoelectric initial drives
  • The step size and step frequency (velocity) is adjustable
  • The maximum speed is about 1mm/s
  • Absolute and relative step counter
  • The device has a programmable device EEProm ID to use more devices of the same type in the same address space of the NOVA bus
