The NDEF3 (NOVA Device Electronic Module Full step 3 axis) is a device for the low temperature piezo positionier (like ML17).

 

 

  • For low temperature positioner (like ML17)

  • When idle, the voltage at the output is zero
  • the voltage of the step is adjustable between 38 and 80 volt
  • low temperaturs need higher voltage
  • designed to drive the ML17
  • the ML17 work between 4 and 300 kelvin.
  • The step size depends on temperature and voltage
  • Maximum speed is 0.5 mm/s
